ASSEMBLING PROCESSWhat is assembling? It is the binding of overlay, design and core in order to build the sheet to be pressed. Assembling is different for each high pressure laminate manufactured by Rexcel. This is why special attention should be given to the following points: overlay must be the one required in the specifications on material, it must be completely clean, patterns must be stain free and must be those specified, the number of core sheets must be as specified for building the plates because core sheets are what provide the required thickness for every laminate line (one missing sheet will result in less than the specified thickness and an additional one will make it thicker).
